The RESET Programme
An 8-week programme for those approaching burnout, focusing on regulation tools, nervous system support, and sustainable habits to prevent full burnout.

A 12-week programme for those experiencing burnout, designed to restore energy, regulate the nervous system, and rebuild healthy, sustainable wellbeing foundations.

For clients who have completed Reset or Restore and want ongoing support to stay regulated, avoid relapse into burnout, and build long-term resilience.
