A little about me...
I’m a qualified Health Coach supporting frontline and helping professionals who are experiencing burnout, overwhelm, and chronic stress.
My background is in the public sector and criminal justice system, where I worked closely with vulnerable people in high-pressure environments. I understand first-hand how easy it is to put your own wellbeing last while managing heavy caseloads, emotional demands, and long hours. Over time, I also experienced the impact of this myself - feeling constantly switched on, stretched thin, and disconnected from my own health and needs.
This led me to explore sustainable health and wellbeing approaches, which completely changed the way I live and work today. Now, I support others to do the same through The Regulation Method, helping clients move from burnout or burnout-risk into a more balanced, regulated, and sustainable way of living. My approach is practical, realistic, and focused on long-term change that fits into real life.

A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD PROBABLY KNOW ABOUT ME...
I have over 7 years’ experience in the public sector, including victim support and prison rehabilitation programmes.
After experiencing severe burnout myself, I took three months away from work to rebuild my health and wellbeing.
Animals and nature are what help me regulate, reset, and feel grounded when I’m stressed.
My mission as a Health and Wellbeing Coach:
To support individuals working in high-pressure frontline roles who are constantly switched on, struggling with work-life balance, burnout, low energy, and a tendency to put themselves last. I help people develop realistic, sustainable habits that improve emotional regulation, restore energy, and support long-term wellbeing. My focus is on empowering those in demanding careers with practical tools, healthy boundaries, and ongoing
